Cashless
To ensure a smoother, faster experience, the festival uses a fully cashless payment system. All purchases inside the event are made with a rechargeable digital credit, usable at bars, food points and dedicated areas. Any unused credit can be refunded after the event. The system is powered by Slesh, our official cashless partner.
Three steps
Top up
Download the Slesh app and load credit in advance with your card — from home, in handy amounts (€10 to €150). At the venue you'll get an NFC wristband linked to your account. Prefer not to use the app? You can also top up at the on-site desks.
Pay
At the entrance, once your ticket is validated, you'll get your NFC wristband: in the app tap Associate wristband and Transfer credits to load it. Then tap at any bar or stand to pay in seconds — it works even offline, with no signal needed. Check your balance or top up again anytime from the app.
Refund
After the festival, request a refund of your unspent credit straight from the app, from 3 to 17 August. It's processed within 21 business days after the window closes. A €0.50 processing fee applies and the minimum refundable balance is €1.

Cashless FAQ
When can I top up?
In advance from the Slesh app as soon as top-up opens, and at any time during the event — either online in the app or at the on-site desks (cash or card).
Can I top up in cash, without the app?
Yes. At the on-site desks you can top up with cash or card — no app and no internet needed, the system works anyway. Just note: to get a refund of unspent credit you'll then need to link that wristband to the Slesh app.
Do I have to pay with the wristband?
Yes — all payments inside the festival are made by tapping your NFC wristband. Cash and cards aren't accepted at the bars and stands.
Can I check my balance and spending?
Anytime in the Slesh app, where you see your balance and every transaction. You can also ask at any cashless desk or the info point on site.
What if I lose my wristband?
Your credit is tied to your account in the Slesh app, not just the wristband, so it stays safe. Head to the info point or a cashless desk on site and the staff will help you out.
Do I need to keep the wristband after the festival?
If you topped up through the app, your credit is on your account and you request the refund straight in the app — no need to keep the band. If you only topped up at the on-site desks, keep your wristband and link it to the Slesh app after the event to claim your refund.
How do I get my refund?
From 3 to 17 August, open the Slesh app and request the refund of your remaining balance. It's processed within 21 business days after the window closes. Keep in mind the €0.50 processing fee and the €1 minimum.
Is there a fee?
Topping up and paying are free. Only the refund carries a €0.50 processing fee, and balances under €1 can't be refunded.
